Pre-release access
FluentMeet is a pre-release service. Access may be limited, suspended, or withdrawn to protect users, infrastructure, cost, or service reliability. Trial credits and device limits are account-based.
No guarantee of availability
Beta software may contain defects, change without notice, or become unavailable. Do not rely on FluentMeet for emergency, safety-critical, medical, legal, or other high-stakes communication.
Your responsibilities
Use FluentMeet lawfully, obtain any required participant consent, protect your account and device, and do not attempt to bypass quotas, replay grants, probe infrastructure, or interfere with other sessions.
Interpretation limitations
AI interpretation can make mistakes, especially with names, numbers, specialist terminology, accents, overlapping speech, or poor audio. Verify important information through an appropriate channel.
Privacy and acceptable data
The current service is designed not to retain raw audio or complete transcripts by default. Do not use the beta for data or meetings you are not authorized to process.
Plans and payment
The current release does not include paid subscriptions or payment collection. Future plans, pricing, and entitlements will be governed by updated terms before launch.
Intellectual property
FluentMeet and its software, branding, drivers, portal, and services remain the property of their respective rights holders. Account access does not transfer ownership or grant redistribution rights.
Feedback
You may provide voluntary feedback about quality, reliability, and usability. Do not include confidential meeting content, raw audio, credentials, or personal information in feedback unless explicitly requested through an approved secure channel.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service matures. Material changes will be communicated through the product channel. A formal legal contact and governing entity will be published before public release.
